Hamster with rat !!?

Question

hay well i have a hamster and a rat unfortunatly the mother of the hamster died and the hamster seemed lonly i then brugt a female dumbo rat she is so good natured and carm yet playful enyway i started to intract them together and after 2 weeks thay hated bean sepret so i decided to put them together naw thay sleep eat and play its so cute menny people say dont ever do this but there wrong depending on the nature of each animal depends on there reacton if eny one did do this i soggest to do it with females only

hamster is a russan and rat is a dumbo rat both girls

id like to no if eny one els has done this

p.s thay have lived together for a month naw

Interesting, I was under the notion that rats eat other rodants, this is truely amazing.  They have been together for a month without problems, however, there might still come a day when......oops!

That is strange but i guess if they don't fight...it's ok. just make sure you take care of them and understand they both have different dietary needs.

I dont suggest doing this because they both need different types of food. Can you post pictures because i would like to see that this is true. I'm sorry but I dont beleive it.

YOU DONT HAVE TO YELL AND THERE ARE MANY NATASHA HOBSONS ON FACEBOOK AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE MY FRIEND FOR ME TO LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!! JUST EMAIL IT TO ME. I still dont think its true though.

well this is very odd, because a rat would normally kill and eat a mouse, hamsters arent very different from a mouse just be careful becuase one minute they might be fine but the next the rat could be tearring apart youre hamster (sorry if that scares you it wasnt meant to) but how are you going to make sure  they get the food that was intended for them and not their cage mate? try getting a hamster house with a small opening so the hamster can only get inside to her food as far as keeping the hamster away from the rats food you're gonna need to figure that out. also make sure the bars in the cage arent big enough for youre hamster to escape.
