i think i might have either pulled, strained or torn my muscle in my hamstring because first off its been bothering me for about 2 weeks, so last week i took it easy because i wanted it to be better for soccer which started yesterday but it wasnt better and soccer made it worse, when i came home i couldn't walk because i get pains in my hamstrings, and walking up stairs was horriblee. Do you guys think i tore it, or is it just a pulled muscle, also how do i make it better liike ice or medicine because i have soccer again today and i really need to goo.
