Hamstring stretches?

My hamstrings are extremely tight but i have really strong legs. Does anybody know some good stretches to get them really loose?

  1. * grab your foot and bring it behind you while pulling it back.

    * go into the motion of doing a lunge and then bring the leg thats forward closer to the ground.

    * put both legs forward straight on the ground and if you can reach your feet then try to keep your legs straight and pull your feet upwards.

    try holding this stretch for about 30 seconds.

    do it two or three times a day for each leg.
