whats the best way to train you hamstrings?

    Put your body in a pushup position and then slowly tiptoe to your hands until you can't take it and repeat.


  2. The best way is to do glute ham raises. Do these as 'negatives' by kneeling down on floor and put your feet under a couch and lower upper body to floor. I did these  and they totally cleared up my constant hamstring pulls. Start out with a few reps as they can make you very sore at first.

    Long distance runs will develop the hamstrings

  4. lay down on the floor. put one leg on an elevated surface at a 90 degree angle and the other leg has to be straight up. then push the leg that is straight, up. then come down slowly. repeat 10 times each leg and do atleast 3 sets a day. make sure u evenly work them out or else injury may result.
