Is there a site that offers the full episodes and are english subbed? Please reccomend a site that is safe and fast.

You can just go down to the "Past Projects" list. And then look for Hanazakari no Kimi Tachi e. It's in alphabetical order so it should be easy to find.  Ã¢Â™Â¥

And then there are 12 links for each of the 12 episodes. They're subbed and they are full episodes too.
