What are somethings to do so that you can punch hard things and it wont hurt as much? (Household items) w/e you know please tell me and knowbody say doors i already have to many wholes

  3. Some good thing to do is do knuckle push ups. When you go down go back up and lift one of you hands and hit the floor. Remember not too hard, cuz seriously you might break you hand. Although, once you start to not feel any pain then go down and push yourself up really high and go down hard until your knuckles feel like they are hurting as h**l. Other than that be sure to drink plenty of milk. So that your knuckles get harder.

  4. The elbow is the strongest area on the entire body.If you are close enough to use it, then do.Otherwise, if you're punching an object, you wanna hit it in the weakest area, which is generally the middle or on a box or crate just under the corner.Hope that helps!

  5. get like a grip ball or something to exercise ur hands to make better fist and more power and less pain on hands. also drink milk to harden those bones

  6. don't punch your house. get a heavy bag, wraps, and gloves and hit the heavy bag. also get focus mits and train with a trainer. you are only gonna hurts yourself and ruin your property by hitting your belongings

  7. if you have a sturdy dront door you can punch it as hard as you want

  9. Fill a pillow case with sand.  That will be much better than a door or a brick wall.  You want to strengthen your hand not break it.
