Hand engraved gold guitar picks?

a friend of mine is very excited about recieving a guitar this christmas. i figured topping that gift will be a little difficult so im just deciding to follow up with the whole "guitar/music" idea. i want to purchase a gold guitar pick and have her initials engraved. it would be REALLY cool if i can make it as a necklace but if not... i still think it would serve as a pretty cool gift=] Anyone know of any places i could get this done? im having a little difficulty finding in the baltimore, md area and i would really prefer NOT to try an online site i've never heard of before. ex: http://img412.imageshack.us/my.php?image=goldpickengravedgtvx1.jpg

contact local jewelers in your area, in bigger populated areas, there are at least a few that do custom jewelry, just call to find out, sounds like a great gift, and sorry i couldn't help you more, but you've helped me with the idea Thank You!!!!!/
