Hand held blower in my intake?

I know for fact that putting a leaf blower into the intake of a car will gain its HP. What i want to know is if i had cut a hole in my intake to instert a small blower in it, would this work?

Like, i still have the filter, but some where on the intake (prob at the other end of the intake) if i cut a hole, connect the blowers piece where the air comes from into the intake, seal the connection between the intake and where the blowers wind comes from, and have the air coming from both the regular filter AND the blower. Would this work?

would I have to disable the filter and JUST have the blower working or can they both run at once?
