Hand luggage regulations from Tunisia?

Hello,

We go on hols to Tunisia in a few weeks with our toddler, I was wondering if anyone knew if the same hand luggage restrictions applied from Monastir airport as in the UK?

The thing which worries me is that my toddler will need a bottle of milk - when we depart from the UK I can buy it at Boots after security, for the hol I will be taking ready made formula so can I carry some back through or not?

Thanks for any advice!

  1. It is not really the Hand Luggage Regulations for Tunisia you require but the Hand Luggage Regulations for the airline you are flying with as they all vary.  You should have this on your booking Confirmation or if there is a website for the airline this will also tell you all you require to know. If it is a package holiday, booked through a travel agent and you do not know the actual airline you are flying with then you should approach the travel agent and it is them who should find all this out for you.  On most journeys now anything bought in liquid form after security can be taken through. I would be unsure about normal milk getting through security but if it is some form of baby milk that the child requires you are usually allowed through with this although you may be asked to taste it yourself to ensure it is not a dodgy substance. You are quite right however wanting all this checked out prior to departing and by doing the things I mentioned at the beginning should give you all the answers. Enjoy your holiday.
