all day today, my hand would stop working, and i would be unable to move it until i shook my hand. it doesnt hurt at all, but this is really annoying. it usually happens when i clench my fist. does anyone have any idea of what it could be? of course i would go to a doctor, but i dont know if it's urgent, or can wait a few weeks

  1. It could be a vitamin B6 deficiency and maybe (less likely) vitamin B1. Take a B complex multi vitamin. Many people are vit B deficient and don't know it. Vit B is a water soluable vitamin that must be ingested regularly. Diets high in sugar kill vit B.

It could also be an over consumption of a nerotoxin like aspartame, nutrasweet or splenda, so if you drink any diet soda, chew diet gum, etc, may will to stop and see if there is a difference.
