Handball (or team handball) is a fast paced game that involving 2 teams of 7 players who pass, throw, catch and  dribble a small ball with their hands while trying to score goals. The team that scores the most goals wins the game. A game consists of two 30 minute halves with a 10-minute half time break.



A member of the 1996 USA Handball team described the sport like water polo without the water.

Handball (indoor version) has been part of every Olympics since 1972 and women since 1976.

it is a game where you have to get a ball in a net with your hands. the only rule is, the ball has to bounce before it goes in the net

well me and a few of my softball friends play a game we call handball and this is what we do : you throw the softball in the air and try to catch it with one hand keep throwing it higher and higher and count the points by how many you catch in a row.. it gets difficult trust me .
