Handcuffing in fantasy football?

Would it be smart to handcuff Jonathan Stewart and DeAngleo Williams? Or if I should not handcuff, which one should I start? I heard good and bad things about both of them.

  1. If you have the roster space...that would be a good handcuff.  In most cases "handcuffing" is overrated because the backup RB quite frankly...is not worth a starting spot in fantasy leagues anyway.  Exceptions to the rule could be WIlliams and Stewart, Peterson and Taylor, and last season LT and Turner.

  2. They are not valuable enough IMO to handcuff.  Although Stewart has received a higher ranking on RB lists, Williams has done well in the preseason and appears slated to be the starter.  Stewart, however, may get the goal line carries when his toe problem is resolved.
