Handprint poem for Valentines Day?

Question

Saw a lovely printable shhet with small hearst and on large hear with a poem inside it and a place to pribt the children's hands.... but I can't find it now

Could anyone help please?

Here's one I like to use:

Sometimes you get discouraged

Because I am so small

And always leave my fingerprints

On furniture and walls.

But every day I'm growing -

I'll be grown some day

And all those tiny handprints

Will surely fade away.

So here's a little handprint

Just so you can recall

Exactly how my fingers looked

When I was very small.

This free preschool site, out of Canada, ROCKS!  It's the best I've ever seen.  I could literally teach preschool for a year, using nothing more than this site!  :)

We do this one at preschool

Even ten little fingers can't count

the way I love you with all of my heart

Happy Valentine's day

We put both handprints on two separate sheets of paper.  The first page has little hearts that they color and the last sheet has their picture on it - then we staple it together like a book - very cute.
