Hands Stopped

Question

The hands on my REACTION DIGITAL DUAL TIME RK5080 watch have quit working. Only the digital time works. I had a watch shop replace the battery but it did not restore function to the hands. They suggested I send the watch to Kenneth Cole for repair, but I could not find the appropriate place to send it. I no longer have the box.PS..How do I set the digital time? I don't have the instructions anymore.
