I wholeheartedly agree with the first post by CookingPancake. Mark's American is my favorite place in Houston, and if I could afford to eat there more, I would. Excellent service and words can't describe how incredible the food is. I know I'll leave happy every time.

I always hated the phrase "hands down" because it doesn't mean ANYTHING!

The best restaurant in town is, subjective! Really, it is a matter of opinion. I love Capitol Grille, for example, and it is a great restaurant, but not quite the best in town. It used to be Tony's, but no longer.
