Hands go numb on the steering wheel?

Am I gripping too tightly? i don't think so, but my fingers do go numb after 30-40 minutes driving. What gives?

sign of bad circulation. try a lighter grip

move your hands and flick your fingers every now and then.

Well, leaving feet or hands in the same position for prolonged periods of time will cause them to numb up. Just try to move them around every once in a while.
