  1. i find that if you point your toes and you have your fingers spread apart and you look at your hands it really really helps. also try concentrating on something like i wear a ring everytime i do a handstand and concentrate on the ring and i can stay up for a long time. keep doing push-ups and practicing staying up really long against a wall as well. i hope i could help and good luck = ]

  2. keep practicing. You need to build upper arm and back muscles. Since you can get up, it shows that you have a lot of strength already. Try having someone hold your legs a little bit to help build balance. Little by little have them let go and let you stand on your own.

You will get there! Keep working at it!!!

  3. Keep practicing, and make sure you try and improve your balance.

  4. Yes keep working on your arm strength but you need stomach strength as well. Remember to keep you legs together squeeze your butt and lock your arms. Maybe try different handstand positions like single stag (split with one leg bent) double stag ( in a split both legs bent) split (legs separated) straddle and a tuck are all the positions. Most of all just practice everywhere.

  5. The key to holding a handstand is to balance through your wrists. Squeeze everything and push up as tall as you can. Keep your feet toghether and point your toes.

  6. Practice.

  7. practice it a lot!!!
