  1. ye cannae even f**t these days   without looking around you first

  2. Yep a private van used by him for

    pleasure and not business use,

    some stupid over zealous council

official fines him £30,what next ?

no smoking in cars or company cars

waggon driver will they also get a

fine. This county is at the dogs not

    going to the dogs.

  3. Yes I saw that, it`s pathetic .......

  4. Yes...........residents of the UK.are now living  under a dictatorship..........." New Labour ".............Thanks to the spiv Tony Blair and his side kick Gordon Brown.

    Someone voted for them !

    But not me !

  5. Crazy.  But don`t blame the police. It was local council officials this time.   The ones we pay council tax to.   The ones who will only collect our rubbish if we sort it for them first.   Our new masters.

  6. Wow, now that is just about g*y and a half.  Typical law enforcement.  "Yeah, let's fine some guy for smoking, that way we look like we're actually doing something."  Makes loads of sense, right?

  7. Fined for smoking in his own Van, not a company Van unbelievable  what next!!!

  8. Wow, that is pretty sad.  At first I thought it said "fired", and I thought, well if he broke the rules, then it would be ok.  Being fined for smoking in your personal vehicle is just a sad use of law enforcement's time.  This is just pathetic.

  9. If it is a company vehicle, yes. It is part of the business "premises". If another worker has to travel in the van he will have to put up with the smoke or the smell. If he got cancer from passive smoking he may be able to sue the company. It's all crazy, I know.

I expect their should have been a notice in the van as well. If not company probably breaking the law.

  10. look these criminals need to be dealt with! birch the bugga...

  11. what used to be the land of the free is now the land of the smoke free

  12. Unnecessary!!!!

  13. I was a Policeman and I hated the job. I lasted less than six months. Why? I couldn't stand the small p***s big headed ego of my peers. It's all about assertion and dominance and being able to make people squirn. It feeds the ego.
