Hanging a heavy bag?

Question

I'm 5 9 about 140lbs and i plan to get a 70lb heavy bag. I'm not sure where to hang it yet. I want to hang it in my garage ceiling which is made of wood. Are ceiling mounts sturdy enough? I don't want to pull down the second floor. I'm thinking about getting one like this

or should i just get a regular $15 one?

That particular bracket is excellent. It must be placed between two joists, as they are made to fit between the 16" on center beams. Very, very sturdy once drilled and bolted in. Good luck.................Billboxing
