It was a huge garden atop a three story building entirely covered with exotic plants.  It was an awe inspiring sight.

They were in an urban setting - not a botanical garden.  I imagine it would be like a condo where every resident was a keen gardener and had plants trailing from their balcony planters.

It looked like a myan pyramdaid.It probaly also had aquaducts,too.
