Hanging plant holders?

okay when I was young my aunt had a lot of house plants and they hung from the ceiling in these things. They were made of something like hemp I think. They were a cloth time thing not like an iron thing. Does anyone know what they are called or where you can find them?

Have you checked you local hardwhere store? i do know what your talking about but i do not kno what they are called. i have seen them in some retail stores in the spring and i have seen them in some places like homedepot

Macrame.  My mom used to make her own macrame plant hangers and these weird owls that she hung on the wall.  You can sometimes find them at walmart in the lawn and garden area.

Here's a pattern for a plant hanger. You can purchase books of macrame patterns in local craft shops.
