Hanging up swords what to use

Question

my boyfriend and I want to hang up 2 of our swords in a cross

one is a regular sized medieval sword

and the other is a middle east sword.

he wants to use drywall nails and i want to try and find another way cause that doesn't seem too secure

we can't spend a lot of money on thing to use to hang them up

any ideas?

well to those, in a cross, u might want to try more simialr sowrds. unless it's symbolic. but anyway, i'd try and find a hanger thing, uh, w/e their called. try trueswords.com. there's stuff on there for hanging and display. ^_^

You can use the drywall screws. Just spray paint them and make sure they are long enough or try to hit a stud. Drive them in at an angle for more support.
