VOYEURISM is the correct word you are looking for.

But, if you want a tip - here's how I win at hangman every time.  I always use a three letter word.  And, actually, I don't pick a specific word - I just put up the three blank lines:

There are so many three letter words in the English language, the possibilities are nearly endless.  Let them guess all the vowels and you can just say no to every guess until there is only one vowel left to guess.  They will be nearly dead by the time they run through all the vowels.  After finally getting the vowel, they can guess 10 consonants or more and you still will probably be able to spell a 3 letter word with the remaining consonants they have not guessed.  Works every time.
