  1. Have a can of stella to wake up to.....

  2. solphadine tablets, sleep plenty of water and a banana or fry(greasy foods do help!)

  3. soda water is horrible but works or hare of the dog have  alittle bit of your last drinks i know it sounds sick but serious it works

  4. My co-worker take 2 to 3 Liver Chi capsules be starting to drink, then 2 or 3 when done.  She has never come to work hungover & she is a party person. It's worth a try.  Go to www.chi-health.com

  5. Completly agree with the water the night before! Also, I've found a really strong cup of tea the next morning! During my early student days, I'd have to book the next morning off sick from work in advance! But 3 years of student life have lead me to discover the wonder of water the night before!

Also, milk and salt&vinegar crisps the next morning! (salt&vinegar crisps are supposed  to have some enzyme in someone told me! It's worked for me in the past!)

  6. I got told that banana's are excellent for hangover because they have potassium in them. x

  7. Yes, I have had many of those... Unfortunately.

I have learned that eating something works best for me. It totally relieves my nausea. Even though its hard and you cant even stomach the thought of food. Try it. Try not to eat anything greasy and avoid dairy.

Drink ginger ale and lots of water. Anything sugary helps. If I don't have to work or do anything that day, I will pop some tylenol PM to alleviate my anxiety and put me to sleep. Otherwise, I'll take something that doesn't make me drowsy, like midol because of the caffeine. If you're a guy you probably don't carry midol, but you can try Excedrin migraine.

    Hopes this helps!

  8. Full English breakfast and OJ

  9. Couple tylenols while you are drinking should do the trick...Your liver might not like it in the long run though... lol

  10. I think that your best option right now, is just drink plenty of fluids, juice and water, caffeine. And as far as eating something, try eating something like chicken soup. And for the future, when you are out drinking heavily, or drinking at all, make sure you drink some water also..it helps soooo much with preventing a hangover, also taking 2 tylenol before going to bed helps too.

  11. Try to take an Aleve (or pain releiver) before you drink, once before bed, and once hwen you get up.

Gatorade is great, my guilty pleasuse is McDonalds Breakfast with the largest Hi-C orange they have!

A few lines of coke can pick you up too! j/k

  12. lots and lots of water

  13. lots of sleep and drink lots of water (Y)

  14. The best management is to just eat some starchy foods, drink plenty of water, take paracetamol for headaches (not aspirin which will irritate the already irritated lining of the stomach) and as a Nurse I should advise you to never get so drunk again!

  15. Berocca take that before you drink and drink it after you get back in and you shouldn't have a hang over, or have milk before you go out to line the stomach then some orange juice after your drinking session, works everytime for me

  16. well i never get any hangovers because before i go to sleep (after i've drank) i drink lots of water to keep my body hydrated... you should try it... it works

  17. The best thing for a hang over is water and gatorade.  If you want to try to eat, try dry stuff like bread and crackers.  If you think you can handle more than that, try a sandwich.

And if your stomach can handle it...lots of tylenol! lol.

  18. I drink 8oz water with 8oz fresh apple juice, superfood, Cayenne, and Valerian root.. works for me.

Very Important- You must drink lots of water while your drinking.. I cup of water for every drink you drink. It's called smart drinking. Any bartender will tell you the same.

  19. Isotonic sports drink and paracetamol.

  20. just drink plenty of fluids, i find lucozade is good as with a hangover its the dehydration thats the problem.

  21. LOL. I preferebly like to avoid hangovers by staying drunk, but if you feel you may get to the extent where your liver needs pumping, try learning about some essential oils, they can help, and then simply drink loads of water! :/

  22. Acetamenophen/Paracetamol

    Aspirin

    Coffee

    Green tea

    and caffeine tablets if possible

    Red Bull

all mixed together and if you have Vitamin C

    It works wonders

  23. don't drink??

    sorry, I know that's rubbish...

before you go to bed, drink a pint of water, have 2 paracetamol, and a multi vitamin.  when you wake up, immediately have some toast, preferably with nutella or something sweet on - and/or have a cup of tea/coffee with sugar - and robert's your fathers brother; you will be raring to go!!!
