Hangzou Taixin Industrial Co. Ltd. is offering a representation for payments from customers .?

Once you contact the company by email, they ask you to contact customers to ask them for payments through you as a representative for Canada, USA,and Mexico. But they don´t tell you nothing about the payment, concept, amount, kind of banking transaction, what bank account you will use, and it sounds very confuse. What kind of scam could be this?

Consider what kind of position you would be putting yourself in by taking money for a third party.  You could be held liable for anything that goes wrong with the order, even though you're just the go-between.

Also, if the "customer" paid you by check and you forwarded the money via your own check, if the original check bounces,  either through the normal course of events or because that's the scam, you take the loss.
