Hannibal and Clairce relationship at the end of "Hannibal"?

I'm kind of confused about it. Did he brain wash her to be his sister Mischa or didn't? Like in the end they mention that they have a sexual relationship. In my opinion I think that Hannibal gave her a split personality do be Clarice and Mischa at different times. What do you think ?

I don't think there was a split personality. If I remember correctly, he was going to 'kill' Clarice so that Mischa could come back, but she said to him that if her dead father could exist within her, then Mischa could exist inside of him. He seemed happy with that. He DID brainwash her and do odd things to her, but she was never Mischa.

Also, she stayed with him on her own accord. He stopped the brainwashing after some time and she was technically free to leave, but she remained with him after all that time.

I loved that they were together in the end even if she was kind of..drugged and brainwashed lol.
