Hanover Lady likely to thrive in Retirement Race
The N. McEllistrim-trained blue b***h, Hanover Lady is likely to lift the ace title of the Peter Noakes Retirement Race that will take place at Hove racecourse on Thursday night, June 28. The high-voltage Open Race over 285 meters is scheduled to start at
20:50 (GMT).
Hanover Lady has been performing nicely since the dawn of the calendar year. The talented daughter of Hondo Black out of Westmead Nicole has made many high marks in D1 format of the game; however, she has never run in OR race so far.
The three-year-old veteran hound is on the verge of a hat-trick. She marvellously accomplished a grand triumph each on June 13 and 21. Both these races were held at Hove.
Prior to this, the brilliant b***h had gained an epic victory at the same venue on May 17. She also earned two runner-up ranks over there during the same month.
Thus, Hanover Lady looks to be a strong candidate for the Retirement Race. The only thing that can go against her is lack of experience in OR formats. However, she will surely be able to cover this loophole with her excellent racing skills and sheer confidence
that her last two triumphs produced.
Curtnacrehy Hobo can give enough tough time to Hanover Lady. The M. Locke-trained black and white dog started his career with a grand victory on April 30, 2012---this was a S1 race. The novice runner moved forward to bag a couple of consecutive T3 triumphs
during the first twenty days of June.
The talented son of Droopys Vieri out of Killeagh Maggie finished as a runner-up in his last outing on June 23. Like Hanover Lady, he also has no OR race to his name.
Thus, there is likely to be a stern scuffle between these two hounds. This will fill the event with thrill.
Guinness Jeff will also endeavour hard to finish first. The S. Cahill-trained black dog finished 3rd in his only OR race on June 17, 2012. As a whole, the son of Droopys Vieri out of Miss Modesty bagged a classic conquest each on April 28, June
11 and June 23.
In this situation, a rip-roaring competition is expected at Hove. Let us see who carries the day. Good luck to all.
