Hans-Joachim Watzke tips Jurgen Klopp for German national team role
Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke has tipped club manager Jurgen Klopp to play the role of the German national team boss in the future. He claimed that Klopp has the class to lead the national side and guide them to honours
in the future.
The Chairman’s comments came after the manager had admitted that he would love to manage Germany one day and would consider it as a huge achievement.
Watzke claimed that Jurgen Klopp has done a brilliant http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 at Borussia Dortmund in last few years and guided them to a sensational Bundesliga title win last year. He added that currently Joachim Low is the perfect man and has already
guided the team to the European Championships with a perfect qualifying record.
“We are not talking of here and now, we have a first-class man in Joachim Low. But at some point, when Jurgen is 50 or older,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Klopp had admitted earlier this year that he would feel privileged to become the next manager of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 and would definitely consider the post if a situation arises.

Watzke played down rumours that Mario Gotze will be leaving for Bayern Munich in next summer’s transfer window. He stated that Bayern President Uli Hoeness wants to psychologically influence the young German international to Bavaria
but insisted that he is happy in Dortmund right now and has no intention to leave in the near future.
“Uli Hoeness, whom I respect very much, does a disservice to the boy if he wants to influence him psychologically with his statements,” he concluded.
Borussia Dortmund are currently second on the Bundesliga standings table with 23 points after playing 12 games and have returned to form. They started the season slowly but are now playing some stunning football and are only five
points behind leaders Bayern Munich, winning seven times.
