Somebody tried the 'happy slapping' act on an old man in my area.  They didn't know that in his younger days this man was a local boxing champ, who put up resistance and left the boy unconscious, and needing some serious dental repair work,  with one punch.  The courts didn't pursue the case as the man had been assaulted first.  I laughed out loud when I read of this event.
