Harbhajan Singh feels that India can win on any surface – Cricket News Update
Indian off spinner, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Harbhajan-Singh-c61453, has claimed that the current Indian team has the ability to beat any team in all playing conditions, and said that his team will win the series against England in order to hold on to the number one spot in ICC’s Test
rankings.
England and India are currently up against each other in one of the most awaited Test series’ of the summer. The first Test of the series at Lords is extremely special as it the 2000th Test of the history of the game and also the 100th
match of the longer version of the sport between the two countries.
A number of cricket analysts feel that http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 is not as strong overseas and they struggle at pitches where fast bowlers get extra pace and bounce. However, Harbhajan does not feel that way and believes that his team can do well in any kind of conditions.

Harbhajan said, "From what I have read and heard, there will be lot of bounce and pace, and that we will get green wickets. We don't mind, as we know we are capable of winning on any surface. They England are a good side and hopefully we will get the results
we are looking for."
The off spinner himself got off to a bad start in the series as he conceded 152 runs in his 35 overs in the first innings at Lords and remained wicket-less. Historically, spinners have not done too well at Lords but cricket fans expect a better performance
from a bowler of Harbhajan’s ability.
However, the off spinner is hopeful of having a good series against England and said that he is not going to target any specific batsman, instead, he just wants to take wickets to help his team maintain the top Test ranking.
"I am not one who sets targets and says 'I want to take the wicket of a particular batsman'. I am playing against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 and I want to take as many wickets as possible. I keep things simple," he added.
