Hard Disk partitioning help ??? urgent (need freeware to partition my HDD)?

i need freeware to partition my HDD and could u explain how to use it

u cant partition your hard-disk (as per my knowledge) after installing OS. .............

so for partitioning you must re-install your OS and while installing keep in mind about the file system you are assigning (NTFS or FAT) for the partitions.

using any freeware will not solve your problem as OS will prevent them from getting partioned.

clear your data from c: drive and if possible remove all your important data from your hard disk.     then put OS installation disk....

it will ask for formating and creating file type choose any.

then it will ask for partitions you want to prepare.........give all as per your requirement.

It possible even after installing os with one partition also.

Try to purchase r download partition magic for partition ur harddisk.

I think it is not freeware.
