f******n. where is it. When i say where is it i mean on the p***s?

it is the skin on the tip if the p***s, if it is not there it only means that you may have been circumcised.

All men have a loose skin on the p***s.  When born this skin extends way beyond the inner muscle.  Circumcision  trims this skin so that the tip of inner "muscle" is visible.  

If the skin is not trimmed that skin covering the head is called the f******n.

If you are not circumsised, it's the dangly bit of skin that covers your glans.... the head of your p***s.
