I recently sold an HTC Touch and wiped the memory clean by performing a hard reset. I did have an e-mail account that was synchronized with the device, anyways... stupid question: Did performing the hard reset clear the e-mail account that was synced on to the phone?

  1. Is now available to download for your Windows Mobile phone. Windows Live for Windows Mobile lets Windows Mobile users sync their email from Windows Live Hotmail as well as their Windows Live Contacts.

To download, just head on over to this URL on your Windows Mobile phone:

  2. All information that you had on the phone was wiped out. However, that doesn't mean that your emails on your server were deleted. Once you put all your settings back on the phone, you'll be able to get all the emails that are still on your server.

The only way you could possibly lose all the information on your server is if you were syncing with a program that allowed you to override the server and not the phone.
