Hard Rock Cafe 18+?

I understand that the hard rock cafe in times square is open till 1:30am on friday and saturday i believe . Do 18 year olds needs to have someone over21 with them at this time ? , or can they have dinner themselves

There should be no reason why you wouldn't be allowed in the restaurant until closing. You shouldn't need to be 21 to be in their restaurant. I see nothing on their web site about an age restriction. New York City is  big on nightlife
