Hard water contains Magnesium and Calcium, right?

If humans take metals as micronutrients, don't they react with the hard water that is in our body?

  1. No they won't.

There isn't any substances that can react with water. What will happen is a solution that have a lower concentration (dilution). Ex: If you add NaCl (1M) to 1L of water, it will be a solution of salt (0.017M).
