Hi, My samsung 40GB hard drive crashed 3 weeks ago. The tech guys failed to run it as a secondary and did also try retreiving the data through softwares , but have failed. How can get my data back . Lot's of family photos stored on them . My drive is under warranty and is 1 and half year old Please help
