  1. Nope but it will defragment slow. I advice you to reinstall your OS or use a external drive, clone your data and OS to the drive and then clone it back.

  2. just do it manually yourself

all programs - accessories - system tools - disk defragmenter

if that doesn't work (which it should) then get tuneup utilities 2008 trial at download.com

  3. Hi,

You can try defragmenting with Diskeeper 2008, it is designed to tackle heavy fragmentation efficiently.

Please run disk cleanup to maximize the free space on the drive, if necessary.

Then install the free 30-day trial version of Diskeeper Pro 2008 from here http://www.diskeeper.com

Turn on the automatic defrag mode, and let it run in the background until the fragmentation is cleared up. You have severe fragmentation on that drive, so it will take a few hours, maybe more,  to clear it up. You may also need to do a boot-time defrag for defragmenting a fragmented MFT/page file.

Diskeeper in the automatic defrag mode uses idle resources to defrag, so if some other program is accessing the disk/CPU, it will always give priority to that program. I suggest you let diskeeper have exclusive access to the drive for a few hours (either in automatic or manual defrag mode, preferably the former) to clear up the fragmentation.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards

  4. No, that's not possible. Try a differently De-fragment Program. I think the best is called Auslogics Disk De-frag.

Try it Out! Its really Fast.

Click on the link in the sources to go to their website:

  5. http://www.auslogics.com/disk-defrag/ind...

That's a freebie, give it a shot over the built in Windows app.  That 4GB file will take awhile to defragment, best let it run over night.

  6. Looks like it is time to restore the entire computer and get rid of bit torrent

  7. Use the built in Defragger that comes with Windows. It might not be the best but it does get the job done.

Other ways to speed up your computer and free up space and memory for free:

Go to the Start Menu> Run

    Type in "appwiz.cpl"

    Uninstall whatever you don't need.

Now go to My Computer> Hard Drive> Documents and Settings> [USER NAME]> Local Settings> and delete everything inside the Temp Folder. (This is a hidden folder so you will need to have "show hidden files and folders" checked in Folder Options) All the files in this folder are just temporary files that your Internet stored for certain websites.

Next, you should install CCleaner; it will get rid of alot of temporary files on your computer. It also has a registry repair system, which is easily the best free one available on the Internet:

Another thing I would say is to compress your files if you already haven't.

Open My Computer and right click on your hard drive

Check the Compress Drive button and let it do its thing.

Finally, make sure your Hard Drive doesn't have any bad sectors. Go to My Computer> Right Click Hard Drive> Properties> Tools Tab> Check Now> Check both boxes and Start. It will ask you to reboot, so reboot. This will clear out any bad sectors on your Hard Drive.

    Good Luck =]

  8. De-fragment organizes the data in such a manner that indexing by the processor becomes fast and a bit speed also gets fast of the computer too.Plz clear your question so that i may reply. This blog may be help full, you may  visit and drop your query for expert solution  at.http://downloadnext.blogspot.com/search/...
