My daughter forgot her password. I brought the laptop into the Geek Squad at Best Buy last night. They told me the only way to fix, is to remove the small battery which will be 2 hours labor and $120. Do you know any other way to do. I've tried f-8 does not allow me to go into safe mode. I took another suggestion from this site and went to a web-site and purchased software for $4.95 which I have not received yet. The software was suppose to be a download-I might have to get my money back from pay-pal. looking for an in expensive solution.
