  1. Well you only live 32 min away from your home so why not just live at home (or close to home) and drive to and from school every day?? Its really not that long of a trip (1 hr 4 min round trip) and you can maby even carpool with others that live in your city and go to ucla!!

  2. For me, it was hard for me to deal with when I was a freshman. Everything was new to me. Being in a classroom with +500 students, living in the dorms, so many people on campus, etc. I was overwhelmed, but as time passed on, I got used to the environment and the people around me that it doesn't bother me anymore. I'm sure you'll get used to it after settling in which could take a couple days.

  3. I am going to be 5 hours away and miss my family and boyfreind. Its somthing we have to deal with and thats why we have phone and cars. Your lucky to be only 30 minutes. I WOULD die to be that close and be on the college I like. Make every time count that you get to go home or talk and keep lots of pictures in your dorm. Thats my plan.
