Hard mucus stuck inside nose?

Inside my nose there is this white mucus that seems to be glued inside my nose and it wont get out. It is very hard and everytime i wiggle my nose i feel this annoying pain. I had it for 1 week, how i get it out? It's a hard, super glued mucus stuck inside my nose!
