Hard nipples?

Is there any scientific reason to why people's nipples get hard when they sneeze?

when you sneeze your heart stops for a bit and then gets back normal again which i think causes a rish of blood to the whole body in turn causing extra blood circulation in your nipples....not sure if this is the right answer just something i figured out on my own

No.  You have made a rash generalization.  Most peoples nipples don't get hard after a sneeze.

I don't know but I've heard that a sneeze is 1/7th of an o****m

Maybe they feel cold.
