Hard splits???

ok i have been doing split streaches for adges but reacently the mussels between my legs quads have been really hard i have been warming up and i can go down as far what can i do to stop this or any really good things i can do to get splits

  1. ok this is what our ballet teacher told us to do she said when you get out of the tub try and do a split while your muscles are still warm
