  1. answer is a simple as this mate when you fill it up the gas freezes in the line . a full tank compressors all the gas in to the line. when you do get it started it sucks some of the pressure out  and the gas moves more freely when its hot the gas doesnt freeze up..

easy fix just dont fill it right up to the top just look at your gauge on your tank and stop when it hits full dont wait for the afl valve

  2. Fill your tank when you have NO LESS than 1/4 of a tank. Be sure the gas cap clicks a bunch of times.

  3. If you wait until bone dry it will pick up all kinds of c**p at the bottom of your gas tank, dont wait until dry to fill up, also put some fuel treatment in your gas tank, this will help to clean our injectors.

  4. Most likely if you wait until your tank is bone dry. It's because you have little gas in your fuel line and trying to start is putting more in and making it take longer to start until the line is full again.
