Hard stool for one year old?!?

my neice has a hard stool that won't come out. She's screaming and crying. What can we do to help?

if prune juice and lots of juice wont help , try babylax and just squirt a tiny bit onher r****m . it is over the counter and it is a laxative i had to use for my daughter when she started solid and couldn p**p . give a try . she will p**p right away
