Question:

Hard time breathing?

When ever i wake up from sleeping i have a hard time breathing. i feel like i don't breathe when i sleep then when i wake up i'm like starting to and my heart beats really fast (if that makes any since) and the feeling of trying to catch my breath last for a while too. is this natural or is somethin wrong with me?

  2. My grandfather had a condition where he would stop breathing in his sleep. It could be a very dangerous thing because it would stop oxygenated blood from getting to your brain and other vital organs and possibly cause brain damage or worse. You should call your doctor but as long as you don't fall asleep until then you should be fine. I hope this helps.

  3. It's called Sleep Apnea and you need to see your doctor about this.
