Hard white bump, looks like whitehead

I also have a small white "cyst" on my lower cheeck right above my mouth. My dermatologist called it some kind of fancy term but said it is normal in woman of my age (44). It is a mild form of acne. (I also have Roseca) He suggested 1 tbs of baking soda into a cup of water, as hot as you can stand. Dip a cloth into the solution and apply it to the cyst, 2-3 times a day. You should see results in about 5 days. I will let you know if it works!
