Ok so the other day at the beach.. a man stopped me and said "i just got out of jail today. im so hardcore." what does he mean by this?

    It also means he probably does bad things to parking meters, TV sets, & toaster ovens, is prone to substance abuse, is mentally challenged, and has at least one exotic skin condition.
