hi im 17 years old and i applied at my local grocery store that was hiring, but i wanted to know is whats the most hardest over the phone and face 2 face interview questions out there so i can be prepared ?

you should know your top 3 behaviors

they like to ask how you deal with different situations...do not lie and be honest

sometimes they will ask you why you think you would be a good candidate to work for them

just be yourself and dont think about it to much because  then you start thinking about how to answer them and it comes out the wrong way...be natural!

What is your biggest weakness?

Interviewers always ask this question.  They'll most likely set you up for it by asking you about your best qualities or biggest strengths first, then they hit with the biggest weakness question and watch you squirm.
