Hardest riddle ive ever heard?

Question

ok i gotta kinda play along but its worth it

Your walkin down a road and u come up to these two men infront of two doors. OK these men look like twins exactly the same and so to the doors. On of those doors opens up and you can run to freedom and be happy but, the other door and soon as you open i get shot and die.

ok about these men one guy is perfect he never lies ever, but the other one lies about everything.

this is the question

you get to ask ONE qusetion to ONE guy to find that door to freedom.

Whats the Qusetion

P.S. it doesnt matter who lies or tells the truth

ask one of them to open the door and if its the death door then you wont get shot because one of the twins opened the door and if its the life door then there is your answer

Well, I would ask any of the guys.  "If I ask your twin which door opens up to freedom, what would he say?" Then I would do the opposite of whatever he says!!!.
