Hardrive not recognised my computer yet the power... Hi, My iomega hardrive suddenly is not

Hi, My iomega hardrive suddenly is not recognised by by my computer, however the power light is on? i have tried replacing the the usb lead between my hardrive and laptop - this still wont work on any computer i try it on? Can anyone help?!
